1. Is it refillable?

Yes, all of our lighters are refillable with butane or lighter fluid.

2. How do I adjust my flame size?

All of our butane gas lighters have adjustable flame sizes. First, locate the butane refill valve. This valve is also used to adjust the flame size. You will need to use a flathead screwdriver or key to adjust the flame. To lower the flame size, turn towards the "-" sign or turn right. To increase the flame size, turn towards the "+" sign or turn left.

3. How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us through our Contact page or email us at info@firebac.com within 12 hours and we will cancel the order, no questions asked. If your package has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.

4. Does the lighter come with butane or fluid?

Due to governmental restrictions on shipping flammable products, shipping items with butane or any kind of flammable substance is illegal. Therefore, our lighters are shipped empty. However, butane and lighter fluid can be purchased in almost any convenience store for very cheap.
